An unusual angle from which to represent a horse, and it works in its accentuation of the noble line of the head.
I’m not so sure about the colour of the background nor the processing. There is a slight digital posterization of the portion in the lower centre on my monitor but it is the hue of the brown, so close to that of the horse, that has me asking about its origin rather than just admiring it.
Everything perfect, especially the horse’s eye gaze. If you look long enough at this you begin to actually smell the scene. The background, for me, is spot on and complements the subject matter. Well seen.

Now that is a horse picture.
There is just nothing to dislike.
Excellent.

Beautiful shapes. Monotone treatment works very well. I agree with Rex.

I can’t add anything to “Excellent”.
